Contractor lead follow-up with a clear next step

Keep new inquiries and open estimates from becoming forgotten conversations. RSP sets up lead and estimate follow-up within the Booked Job System, with an owner, status and next action for each opportunity.

Treat a new inquiry and an open estimate differently

A new caller may need a callback or a site visit. Someone who already received an estimate may need an answer about scope, scheduling or the next step. Sending both people the same generic sequence can make the conversation less useful.

We map follow-up around the work your team actually does. Useful stages can include inquiry received, visit arranged, estimate sent and decision pending; the final labels should fit your process.

Make the stop rules part of the setup

A sequence needs to react when someone replies, opts out, books or declines. A person taking over the conversation should be able to understand what was already sent.

Before activation, the agreed workflow is tested from capture through the recorded outcome. A successful send is only one part of that test.

Work with a defined scope

The service supports lead response, a shared conversation history and estimate follow-up. Dispatch, job costing, inventory, accounting and full project management need their own tools and evaluation.

If you use another CRM, bring its name and the workflow you want to preserve. Integration or replacement is assessed specifically; universal compatibility is not assumed.

Questions before you decide

Can follow-up run automatically?

Agreed parts of the workflow can be automated after configuration and testing. The owner still handles conversations and decisions that require judgment.

Does this replace my estimating software?

The Booked Job System focuses on lead response and follow-up. Full estimating, dispatch and job-management replacement is outside that promise.

What should I bring to the fit call?

Bring one typical inquiry, your estimate follow-up process and the tools your team currently uses. Avoid sharing customer-sensitive information until a suitable handoff is arranged.

Review my follow-up process

Talk through your current setup, the work you want to take on and the next step that would help. We confirm fit and scope before recommending a service.
