Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of roscoesitepro.com and the services offered by Roscoe Equity LLC d/b/a Roscoe Site Pro ("we," "us," "our"). If anything here conflicts with a separate written agreement we've signed with you, the signed agreement controls.

The 48-hour preview offer

We will build a website preview for qualifying North County San Diego contractors at our risk and at no cost to you. If you decide not to launch the preview, you owe us nothing. If you decide to launch it, the package fees described on our pricing page apply. We reserve the right to decline a preview if the request is outside our service area or scope.

Service area

We serve contractors based in or primarily working in North County San Diego: Oceanside, Carlsbad, Vista, San Marcos, Encinitas, Escondido, Poway, and Fallbrook. Requests from outside this area may be declined.

Packages and pricing

Current packages and prices are listed on our pricing page. Setup fees are charged once at launch. Monthly fees are billed in advance each month after launch. Service is month-to-month. You may cancel at any time by giving us written notice (email is fine) at least 7 days before your next billing cycle.

Founders 10

The first ten clients who join under the Founders 10 program receive locked pricing for 24 months from their launch date. Founders 10 pricing is non-transferable and not retroactive. Founder status terminates if you cancel service and re-join later.

What we do

• Build, host, and maintain your website on our infrastructure
• Provide the services described in the package you purchased (see pricing)
• Respond to bug fixes and content requests within published service levels
• Send a monthly report (Maps Growth, Roscoe LeadOS)

What we don't do

• Promise specific Google rankings, search positions, or AI-search appearance
• Provide unlimited custom development outside the package scope
• Manage paid advertising spend (you control that budget separately if you run ads)
• Refund prior-month fees for any reason — you can cancel future months at any time

Content you provide

You keep ownership of any text, photos, logos, reviews, or other content you provide to us. By providing it, you grant us a license to use, display, and modify it on your website and our portfolio (we may show a screenshot of your live site as a case study unless you ask us not to).

Content we provide

The website code, design templates, and configuration we build for you are licensed to you for as long as you remain a client. If you cancel and want a copy of your site, we will export your content (text, images, structured data) at your request. Underlying code and templates remain ours.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Roscoe Site Pro to host or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, fraudulent, or that violates the terms of service of our infrastructure providers (e.g. Cloudflare, Stripe). We may suspend service if your site violates these standards.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is." We do everything reasonably possible to keep it running, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific business outcomes. Marketing performance depends on many factors outside our control — including your service quality, pricing, and seasonality.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in San Diego County, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court. You waive any right to participate in a class action.

Changes

If we update these terms, we'll change the date at the top and email active clients about material changes. Continued use of the service after the change date constitutes acceptance.
