Roscoe Site Pro ("we," "us," "our") is operated by Roscoe Equity LLC. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We aim to collect as little as possible and never sell it. If anything here is unclear, call us at (888) 636-3939 or email hello@roscoesitepro.com.
What we collect
When you fill out a form on this site, we collect what you give us: your name, phone, email, business website (optional), city, package interest, and any message you choose to send. We also automatically log your IP address, user-agent, and timestamp for spam protection and abuse prevention.
When you visit the site without submitting a form, our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) logs basic request data for performance and security. We do not run third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or session-recording tools on this site.
How we use it
The information you submit is used to:
- Reply to you, build your preview, and follow up on what you asked about
- Send service-related communication (preview links, build updates, monthly reports)
- Track basic conversion metrics so we can improve the service
- Investigate spam, abuse, or security incidents
Who we share it with
We use a small number of third-party services to operate. Where your data passes through them, it is for the purpose of delivering Roscoe Site Pro — never resale or advertising. These include:
- Cloudflare — hosting, security, and DDoS protection
- Resend — sending transactional emails (your form submission, build updates)
- Phone carriers — when you call or we call you
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share your data with advertisers.
How long we keep it
We keep intake submissions and customer records for as long as you are a client, and for up to 24 months after our relationship ends. Server access logs are kept for up to 30 days. You can request deletion at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we have on file, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@roscoesitepro.com with the request and we'll respond within 30 days. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of "sale" (we do not sell data, but you have the right to ask).
Cookies
We do not set advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may set a small number of functional cookies for security purposes. We do not use Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, or similar trackers on this site.
Children's privacy
Roscoe Site Pro is a B2B service intended for adult contractors. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has submitted a form, email us and we will delete it.
Security
The form submission is encrypted end-to-end via HTTPS. We restrict internal access to intake data to Joshua Lyman and approved operators. We don't store payment information on our servers — payments are handled by Stripe.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notify active clients via email.
