1. Who this policy covers
This policy describes how Roscoe Equity LLC, doing business as Roscoe Site Pro (“RSP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), handles information when you visit roscoesitepro.com, contact us, use the free Growth Hub tools, or receive services from us.
When RSP processes a contractor’s customer or lead data to deliver the Booked Job System, Maps Growth, or Paid Job Engine, the contractor remains responsible for its own customer relationship, notices, permissions, and lawful use of that data.

3. How we use information
- Respond to questions, calls, texts, and service requests.
- Build, operate, test, support, and improve the services you selected.
- Route inquiries, preserve attribution, support follow-up, and record contractor-supplied outcomes.
- Run client-authorized advertising, measurement, and conversion-feedback workflows.
- Process payments, maintain business records, prevent abuse, and protect the site and systems.
- Comply with law and enforce our agreements.
5. Calls, texts, and email
If you text us, ask us to text you, or otherwise provide valid consent, we may send service-related messages and any marketing messages you specifically agreed to receive. Message frequency varies. Carrier message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of automated texts and HELP for help, or contact us directly. Opting out of marketing does not prevent messages needed to complete a transaction or provide an active service where permitted by law.
Contractors using RSP messaging workflows are responsible for the consent, sender identification, quiet-hour, suppression, and recordkeeping obligations that apply to their own contacts. RSP may suspend a workflow that lacks a lawful basis or usable opt-out path.
6. Cookies and measurement
Our hosting and security providers may use cookies or similar technology needed to protect and operate the site. RSP may also use limited site measurement to understand visits and improve performance. Client landing pages and campaigns may use client-authorized Google, Meta, or similar measurement tools when the selected service requires attribution or conversion feedback.
We will update this policy before using roscoesitepro.com visitor data for a materially different purpose. Browser controls can block or delete cookies, although doing so may affect site functions.
7. Your choices and privacy requests
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, and to opt out of certain uses or sharing. You will not receive a lower level of service merely for making a privacy request.

Retention varies by data type and connected platform. Information may be processed in the United States and in other locations where our providers operate.

RSP is a business-to-business service for adult contractors and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Links to third-party sites are governed by those sites’ own policies.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services, providers, and legal obligations change. The updated date above shows the current version. Material changes affecting active clients may also be communicated through the contact information on file.
