Confirm number compatibility before changing anything
Keeping, porting or forwarding an existing number depends on the carrier and agreed configuration. We review the exact arrangement rather than promise that every phone service works the same way.
Public contact information should remain accurate. A tracking number used inside a workflow is not automatically the number that belongs on the business profile.
Know the limits of the service
The phone component supports the lead-response setup. It is not presented as a complete enterprise telephone replacement or an emergency-dispatch service.
AI call handling is a separately scoped bundle module with availability and pilot requirements. Basic business calling and text-back should be evaluated on their own needs.

Is this a full company phone-system replacement?
The promise here covers the agreed contractor lead-response phone setup. Wider telephony requirements need a separate evaluation.
